""Farewell Dear Friend" My dear friends and authors … Hank Snow /aka/ H S, passed away on February 18, 2008, from a long-term illness and infection. Although in pain 24/7, he never lost the ability to laugh and make jokes; he fully enjoyed life. He gave many years of service to the country as a member of the US Army, and was proud to wear the uniform of this nation. Hank was not only a great author but a wonderful editor to many others, and a dear friend to all who knew him. He turned his heart to God during his last few weeks. Holding the Cherokee Indian Nation in high regard, he did extensive research on their language. Please say a prayer in the church, synagogue, or temple of your choice, for this dear man. We will truly and deeply miss him until we can join with him once again. Light a candle for him here. Candle May God Bless and keep him!
