Marco returned the kiss as Ronnie sat down beside them. “It’s been too long guys so I think you already know the answer to that. Now it’s my turn to repay that to you both and more.”
Chapter 33
Marco started kissing Jay again. He pushed him back onto the bed then began caressing his body. They stopped kissing long enough to scoot into the center of the bed then Ronnie scooted over behind his lover. Ronnie started assisting Marco by licking Jay’s ears and neck and rubbing his lover’s firm ass cheeks. “Umm guys, you’re making me hot. Marco, I gotta feel you in me tonight.”
Marco stopped his ministrations and looked at Ronnie. “It’s ok bro. You’re the only person I’d ever share him with.”
Marco smiled at Ronnie’s admission then leaned over and kissed him passionately. Ronnie then rolled Jay onto his back and started sucking his now dripping piece of meat. “Shit lover, you keep that up and I’m not going to last long.”
That was what Ronnie wanted to hear. He stopped sucking Jay long enough to wet his finger and find is back entrance. He slid it in all the way then started finger fucking him while he went back to sucking him. Marco moved up a little then Jay grabbed his dick pulling him towards his face. Jay went to work on Marco’s dick getting him wet for his eventual penetration. Marco quickly changed positions on the bed so he could reach Ronnie. Marco reached down and started rubbing Ronnie’s hard dick. “Ronnie I want you to make love to me while I’m doing Jay.”
Ronnie kissed Marco then went back to work on Jay. Ronnie felt his lover’s dick swell in his mouth and he prepared himself for its release. “Ungh baby, I can’t hold it. I’m cumming love.”
At that, Jay fired a round after round of his love juice into Ronnie’s mouth. Ronnie took it all and swallowed it and more as Jay has a few more squirts left. Ronnie then leaned over and passionately kissed his lover. “I love you Jay.”
Jay could taste his own juices in his lover’s mouth as he kissed him. “I love you too Ronnie. Where is the lube, I wanna feel Marco in me.”
Ronnie got off the bed and got the lube out of his bag then came back over to the bed. He put a small amount on his fingers then rubbed it around then started lubing and stretching his lover’s hole. Ronnie did that for a few minutes then added a third. Marco and Ronnie heard him moan as his dick started to get hard again.
Jay took the lube then started applying a liberal amount on Marco’s cock. Once Ronnie thought Jay’s hole was lubed and stretched adequately, he removed his fingers. Ronnie went and got a towel then put that on the pillow. He slid that under Jay’s hips as he held onto his legs behind his knees. Marco moved behind Jay and readied himself to enter Jay’s ass. He gently pushed into Jay’s love tunnel then stopped to let him get used to it. Jay smiled as he felt his hole relax then nodded to Marco. Marco started a slow in and out motion the Ronnie started lubing Marco’s love hole. “Oh God Ronnie, come on dude, get in me.”
Ronnie didn’t need a second invitation when he heard that. He greased his dick then lined up behind Marco. Marco stopped humping Jay while Ronnie slid his dick in. Ronnie started thrusting his hips then he and Marco got their rhythm and it was a beautiful love scene. Marco moaned saying, “This is awesome. Getting and giving at the same time is great.”
Jay reached down and started jacking himself as the feeing he was getting from Marco was making him hotter by the minute. Jay’s hole started contracting as he got close causing Marco to speed up. Ronnie followed suit and now Marco was getting Ronnie’s dick slammed into his ass. “Come on Ronnie, give it to me.”
The slapping sound of flesh was getting louder then Ronnie and Marco started filling their respective partners. Ronnie was the first to cut loose in Marco. As Marco felt the warmth fill his bowels, he started cumming into Jay’s chute. Ronnie filled Marco’s chute full then withdrew so he could catch Jay’s load again. Ronnie got over by Jay then started sucking his lover’s tool. Marco rubbed Jay’s prostate causing Jay to fire into Ronnie’s waiting mouth. Marco finished filling Jay’s bowels as Jay filled his lover’s mouth for the second time that evening.
Jay’s legs were like rubber and his arms were getting tired from switching with Marco. Marco withdrew his softening dick and lowered Jay legs onto the bed. Ronnie pulled Marco in front of Jay then he snuggled up behind Marco then the three tired lovers drifted off to sleep.
The next morning I was awakened by a knock on the door then Marco came in bright eyed and bushy tailed. “Ugh, if you aren’t little Mary sunshine this morning, where are the other two?”
Marco started fixing coffee as Jay and Ronnie followed by Steven and Angel came walking in. “Morning Daddy,” Angel said in a chipper voice.
I knew I was out numbered so I made tracks for the bathroom and hoped the coffee would be ready when I got out. Ronnie had me a steaming cup of liquid wake up sitting on the table when I came out. “What are you three going to do while Ronnie and I are at the restaurant?”
“How about we go looking for a place to stay while we’re here,” Jay suggested. “Maybe I’ll get Doug and Alex to come along?”
“Sounds like a good idea,” I said chugging down the coffee. “Ronnie and I will probably be tied up most of the morning. I’ll be talking with Darrel and then try to see the manager here about lease details. In fact, I might stop by the desk before going over to the restaurant.”
“Why can’t you take over his lease Daddy,” Angel asked as she poured me another cup of coffee?”
That sounded like a good idea. “I’ll see what he’s paying to lease the place love. It could be better though if I was to negotiate a new lease.”
Jay called Doug and told him what he had on tap and he had made plans to see Alex so a few phone calls later, Jay, along with Marco, Angel and Steven met up with Alex and Doug to look for a place for him and Ronnie.
I took a shower and got ready to get some breakfast. There was a knock on the door and when Jay opened it, there stood Alex and Doug grinning like 2 young kids. “Hi Jay you all ready to find a place to live? We thought we’d get some breakfast then take off. Living within Durham isn’t the best place in the world but there are some really nice apartments and condos outside of town.”
Having a place outside of Durham might not be a bad idea. What kind of commute are you looking at?”
Alex walked over and gave me a hug. “It all depends on where you are but the average time is about 30 minutes.”
That didn’t sound too bad and maybe Alex and Doug wouldn’t be catching grief or have people asking questions about them either. “Let me know what you find Jay. Call me if you need me to come and look at the place. Ronnie and I need to get going. Hope you find something.”
We all left the room and went downstairs. Jay and his group headed for the door while Ronnie and I went to the front desk. I saw the clerk sitting there watching television. “Excuse me is there someone I can talk with about the restaurant?”
He got up and came over to where I was standing. “What is it you’d like to know?”
I saw Ronnie looking inside the place then he came and stood beside me. “For starters, who would someone need to talk with about buying or leasing the place?”
The desk clerk thumbed through his files and pulled a card out. “This is the man who owns the property. The restaurant is part of the hotel. We lease it to the guy in there but he’s a couple months behind on his lease payments from what I hear.”
I took the card and looked at it. “Do you think we’d be able to meet with him?”
The desk clerk took the card back then went over to his desk. He mad a phone call then came back over. “He said he could be here in a couple of hours.”
I nodded my head then saw Darrel walk in. Ronnie and I headed towards the restaurant. “Morning Darrel, is Derek going to be here?”
We followed him inside and he turned the lights on. “I told him yesterday if he valued his job for the next two weeks, he better be here.”
Ronnie looked at me with a weird expression on his face. I leaned over and whispered, “If he fires him, I wonder what he’ll do.”
Ronnie shook his head. “I dunno Dad. Do you think Darrel can cook?”
I shrugged my shoulders wondering why if he could cook, he wasn’t doing it. “It’s possible son.”
Darrel was in the back several minutes then came out with a stack of papers. “Sorry guys, I wanted Ronnie to see some of this before Derek got here. Maybe you can make some sense of it.”
Darrel set the mountain of papers on the table but quickly had it sorted. Ronnie started looking at the piles and was nodding his head. “I see the beef here is all prime cuts.”
Ronnie looked at the rest of the invoices and it all said it was first rate merchandise. “Now, would you mind taking a look at the meat?”
We stood up and Darrel led us to the big walk in refrigerator. Ronnie looked at the temperature. “It’s a little warm in here. It could stand to be about 5 degrees cooler. The fish shouldn’t be open like this. It should be in plastic containers that are washed frequently. Fish typically need to be really cold to maintain its freshness.”
Ronnie looked at the fish that was there. He shook his head then went out to wash his hands. “Sir, I wouldn’t serve any of that fish. I hope the rest of the stock hasn’t been contaminated.”
Darrel got a trash can and lined it with 2 plastic bags. “I’m going to take this out of his pay. I don’t know what I’m going to do now.”
Ronnie moved over and looked at the beef. “This doesn’t look like prime beef to me. It looks more like choice. It’s not bad but when you’re advertising tender steaks, you really have to know what you’re doing in order to prepare it so it is. Also, choice is cheaper then prime.”
Ronnie took a piece of meat out and properly sliced a steak. He ran his finger down a white streak. “This is a line of gristle. It’s tough and impossible to chew. It doesn’t add any flavor. This meat would be good for stew or you could grind it up and make your own hamburgers.”
Darrel sat down and put his hands in his head. “What am I going to do? I can’t serve beef stew and hamburgers all weekend.”
I looked at Ronnie and his eyes lit up. I was wondering what was going through his head. Darrel got up and went back into the cooler and started tossing the fish in it. “Dad, I wonder if there is a meat market in town. I know it’s gonna cost him more but he will have food he can sell. I can’t believe Derek let this shit pass.”
I looked over at his desk and saw a phone book. After looking through the yellow pages, I found two meat markets near by. Darrel pulled the trash can towards the back door. Ronnie helped him tie the bag closed then dump it into the dumpster. “Darrel, I found a meat market. Actually, I found two and they’re nearby. I know it’s going to be more expensive but at least you’ll have meat for the weekend.”
He walked over and looked at his menu. “Ronnie, how are the pork chops?”
Ronnie hurried in the cooler and found a huge boneless pork loin. “Now this looks pretty good. It still smells OK. This could be served, but I wouldn’t push it past today. I would also wrap it in plastic and get it in the other cooler until this one gets down to proper temperature.”
Jut then Derrick came into the kitchen. Darrel glared at him and I thought someone was going to get hurt. “What the hell did you do? I had three coolers.”
Derrick knew he was in deep shit so he tried to posture himself out of it. “Look, I know how to keep meats and produce. I couldn’t reach everything in the vegetable cooler so I used both of them.”
Ronnie just shook his head. “Yeah, but you sure don’t know how to keep fish.”
Derrick glared at him. “Just what is that supposed to mean?”
“This is what happens when they don’t get a proper education,” Ronnie said with disgust. “Fish has to be kept colder, much colder, than meat. Why do you think fish is always on ice?”
“I don’t need this shit from you Sanchez,” Derrick spat as he turned to leave.
Darrel was livid. He knew this weekend was going to cost him money he really didn’t have but he had no choice. “Derrick, the spoiled food is coming out of your pay check. All the fish that was in there was spoiled. The prime beef you bought sure the hell isn’t prime. The only thing that stuff is good for is stew and fresh ground beef. I have to go out and buy all new fish and beef for this weekend. I don’t know what you did with the money I gave you for the stock but you sure didn’t get the quality I wanted.”
Derrick turned and headed for Darrel. Ronnie took a couple steps forward causing Derrick to stop in his tracks. “I’m paying for that? I have bills to pay.”
Darrel shook his head at Derrick’s attitude. “I have bills to pay also. The food was supposed to make me money so I could pay those bills but it’s all spoiled. Now I have to spend more money and this is your fault. After I figure out what that fish cost, I’ll have your pay check ready. But I’ll tell you now, it won’t be much.”
Derrick stormed towards the door. “You always gotta be the best, don’t you Sanchez?”
Ronnie walked over and got in Derrick’s face. “There’s nothing wrong with striving to be the best. All of my brother’s are like that. I’ve learned that you don’t take short cuts when it comes to getting your education and you did. You didn’t try in school. You came in with an attitude and thought you knew it all. Like I told you before, you had talent but you wouldn’t keep your ego in check so you could learn. It’s a shame your true talent will never be known.”
The boy turned and walked quietly out of the restaurant. I made a phone call to the meat market then handed the phone to Ronnie. “You might want to do this son. I haven’t a clue what he will need.”
Ronnie was on the phone for what seemed an eternity. “That was great. He has everything you’ll need Darrell. He even carries fish and sells wholesale to restaurants.”
Ronnie looked at me and I could almost read his mind. “Son, I see that look. I’ll loan him the money for this. We’ll figure out later how he’ll pay us back.”
I gave Ronnie my credit card then he and Darrel headed off to the meat market. I don’t know what made me do it but I asked, “What time are you slated to open today?”
Darrel grabbed his jacket and headed to the door. “We’re not opening until 4 today.”
That was good as I didn’t want to be here alone as patrons started coming hoping to have a nice lunch. I followed them out to the lobby and I noticed the desk clerk motioning me over. “The owner is here sir. If you’ll have a seat, he’ll be out to see you in a few minutes.”
I noticed the remnants of the Continental breakfast so I went over to see what was left. I found a bagel so I heated that in the microwave then fixed myself a cup of coffee. I sat back down and as I was finishing the last of my bagel, I saw a man walking towards me. He extended his hand saying, “I’m William Malone. I own this hotel. My manager says you might be interested in leasing the restaurant?”
I stood and shook his hand. “Nice to meet you sir, I’m Miguel Sanchez. My son is a student here at Duke and told me about this restaurant. My son and I are in deed interested in leasing the place.”
He came over and sat down and opened his briefcase. “I brought the owner’s current lease so you can read what he’s paying and what comes with the building. Originally, I planned on hiring staff to run the place in conjunction with the hotel but it got to be too much. If a chef left, I was in trouble so I was pretty much at their mercy. I decided to close it and then lease it to someone. The lease is $1,500 and it includes heat and air conditioning. The place is pretty much as you see it with all the equipment. You’ll be responsible for phone, electricity and gas. Water and sewer is in with the hotel.”
I thought the monthly payment is reasonable. I knew we’d want the place for a long term so I took a chance. “Do you think you’d come down some if I were to sign a long term lease?”
Just then I saw the other troops return. Jay and the gang headed over towards me. “Hi Dad, we found a place. I see you’re busy so we’ll tell you about that later.”
Mr. Malone looked at the gaggle of young adults standing there. “Are they all yours?”
I smiled and nodded my head. “That they are.”
I made the introductions and noticed Alex and Doug were standing away from the others smiling at each other. Angel came over and sat beside me. “Angel helps me with business matters with another of my enterprises. If you don’t mind, I’d like to have her sit in.”
Mr. Malone shook his head. “Not at all. My son is majoring in business and I’m starting to get him involved so he can see for himself how things are run.”
I showed Angel the lease and she was reading it over. She pulled a little note pad out of her purse and made a few notes. “I was asking about a long term lease.”
Malone nodded his head then thought for a minute. “How long a lease would you be looking at?”
Angel was busy running some numbers on a calculator. She looked over at me and then to William. “I was thinking on 2 possibilities. The first one would be a 3 years lease at $1,250 a month or a 5 year lease at $1,000.”
I was looking around the lobby and this was a nice hotel. I was having one built in Receife but owning one here would be nice too. I stuck my neck out and could have sunk myself or would end up needing help from The Foundation. “I would also like to have an option to buy the hotel included.”
I could tell that my comment took him by surprise. I hadn’t a clue what this property was worth but if the opportunity availed itself for me to buy the place sometime down the road, I would do all I could to get it. He was punching a calculator now and scribbling on a legal tablet. “How’s this, a 7 year lease with first option to buy if I decide to sell.”
Angel looked over at me and grinned. “What’s the lease payment?”
“$1,000 a month,” he said. “I can’t afford for go any lower than that.”
If what I planned on doing panned out I had the place staffed. I would have to leave the kitchen staff up to Ronnie. I looked at Angel and tried to read what she was thinking but all she did was nod her head. “Do you find that acceptable love?”
“With having first option to buy, I think that’s what you were looking for Dad,” she said as she leaned over to my ear. “Just don’t let him make it a guaranteed lease.”
I nodded my head. “Allow me to talk with my son Ronnie and I’ll let you know sometime tomorrow.”
This was agreeable to Mr. Malone. We stood and shook hands then he left the hotel. Angel and I talked for a few minutes then Ronnie and Darrel came in with their hands full.
